A new layout! What do you think?

As life goes on, a man often becomes a family man. So after I switched my url to “my name”, I made the second step and extend the base domain to cover my family (the next step is to probably cover more relatives).

It is now reflected in the title of the header on the left (might change it to english and extend it with the name of the person) and the members of my family to the right.

You can select me, my wife (not yet), my son (weblog not completely copied yet) and my cat (style has to be updated). I have also make a friends page which shows you the latest blogpostings of “my friends” (still filling this list).

The menu items are different for each person.

I have also added a photo album based on Zen Photo (have not completely styled it yet and I still need to make it password protected).

I know there are some little minor thingies that need to be taken care of (e.g. ul li items under IE, add a footer, etc…) (also need to make the site OR dutch OR english but not both) but I can take the following weeks to hobby around this. Maybe the colors are a little bit too dark and maybe the pictures on the top right are not really clear, etc… But I have to see how it feels after sleeping over it.

But basically… what do you think about it? Do you have any suggestions / remarks / other?

p.s.: I have also upgraded to WordPress 2.5 beta which somehow prevents me from posting from Windows LiveWriter, I hope a final release soon follows.
