Subscribe to RSS feedI had a few good ideas which I wrote down in my little Moleskine notebook, I decided it was time to look for the same ideas on the Internet to see if anyone else had ever thought of these ideas.
I started on espacenet Submit, where you can search for patents in over 80 countries. e.g. "cable organizer" gives me 128 hits.
I didn’t find my own idea, so I went to the Dutch Patent Office 0/19 and read on the costs, which were actually not that much Submit.
Of course, I now have to think about the next step. I would have to check existing contracts I have signed before submitting my own ideas. I then also would have to find a manufacturer and look for shop who wants to sell my invention. I know of at least one shop that will sell it 
But hey, I’ve got another 30 years thinking about this, so stay tuned for my new cable organizer during the next years!
