iTunes children – The new revolution is formed by sites that allow uploading of your complete music collection so you can listen to it anywhere by any device. More than that they allow you to listen to playlists of other people so you can listen to playlists the community created, which is a nice addictive discovery quest in itself.

image Blogmusik     336K – By simple entering an artists name or creating a customized playlist it will play endless hours of music in your taste. You can also upload your own MP3 collection without storage limitation and listen to your music anytime everywhere.
update: it is now called Deezer 9/66K
image nuTsie 9/136K – nuTsie lets you upload your complete iTunes collection and listen to it from basically everywhere and anyplace. Users can create playlists and the nice things is that you can listen to their playlists, even if you are not registered. I really like it. I just click "greatest 500 rock songs" and it starts playing. I can then add people who create good playlists in my friends collection. Check out the Paris Prison playlist Submit, haha. (e-mailed by Christian, thanks!)
image Anywhere.FM     346K – Another web application that let’s you create online playlists so that you can play your music basically everywhere. It really has a "wow" interface. It feels more intuitive to browse people and it’s fun playing "their" top 25 songs. (e-mail by Sam, thanks!)
image Lala 9/598 – Charlene wanted Lala on the list "you might want to check out this site. I didn’t see it on your list – this site is great for the budget minded and a sponsor of classic alt/indie station WOXY web radio". Absolutely a site again where we can spend a LOT of time.
image MediaMaster 0/Submit – (suggested by rickdog) is another website which allows you to upload your complete music collection for listening to it online. Additionally it has some cool widgets to play your music from anywhere so from any blog or website. Pretty nice for my sidebar. They now have stored more than 10.000.000 songs 1/7 online!
update by rickdog: A great feature of MediaMaster that you did not mention is the free streams that it provides. These are real Icecast or Shoutcast type streams, and lets the user become a real web DJ. You get a stream for your Radio playlist and one for your most recently played songs, but in addition every playlist that you create has a stream.
image SimplifyMedia 8/Submit let’s you share the songs in your collection directly from iTunes or Winamp itself. This is pretty neat especially since you can control who can listen to it and how not. So you can give your friends access to your iTunes library and visa versa directly from your computer. Pretty handy to show off you music or to find out what’t in other persons collections. (via Rickdog).
image Orb 1/342 is another personal webserver service which let’s users very easily access not only their music but also their videos, photos, tv and radio via the Internet so you can access it from anywhere in the world. (via Rickdog)
image MP3tunes     196K lets you safely store your music online. You get unlimited storage, but can only upload 10MB per file if you don’t have a paid account.  Paid subscriptions ($40/yr) allow you to upload any size file and also backs up your paid DRM Itunes files. This is a superb protection for your music library. The oboe locker service of MP3tunes even lets you sideload music you find on the web in your locker (see sideload.com 9/9,964).
Ofcourse you can stream your music directly from MP3tunes.
note: EMI is currently sueing MP#tunes 1/113. (via Rickdog)
image Dottunes.net 4/11K provides a webserver which stores your complete iTunes collection so you can listen to it everywhere. This collection is secure and private so you can select with whom you want to share your music. They also provide (among others) plugins to listen to your music on your WII, PS3. There is a demo server setup here Submit.
image On Soundpedia     2,188 you can import your music from iTunes, Winamp, mediaplayer and more and listen to it via the free desktop and mobile client. This is not the only thing. Via the interface you can listen to radiochannels of your favorite music by just typing an artist you like or engage in an active community. It’s difficult to classify! You can spend quite some time here.
image Grooveshark 2/Submit is a p2p client, a community, a way to buy music, a platform for all kinds of record labels and artists to release their music and more. After downloading the p2p client you can listen to all songs and, if you like them, you can buy them so that the money goes to the rightful owners.
