I watched the video Xara Text Effect 2 Submit and tried it myself, with the result to the left, after a minute or so. I didn’t quite get how he could clone the circles so fast so I used ctrl-K for each circle.

Xara Xtreme Submit is absolutely cool, If you want to do any graphics for your site, I can advise you to buy it.
